Shipping & Returns
At this time we only ship throughout the United States. We ship small packages priority mail. Larger packages will be shipped standard mail or UPS ground. You will be notified with a tracking number as soon as your purchase is shipped. Purchases over $100, will require a signature for delivery. If you need an item sooner please message us and we'll do our best to meet the deadline.
We offer discounts for bulk orders. We love custom orders, please message us for any special requests. Digital proofs can be requested. We offer one complimentary digital proof on custom orders, we reserve the right to charge for more than one digital proof.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
We don't accept order cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We accept returns on any non personalized product. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a return. The item has to be returned to us within 30 days for a refund. Return shipping will be buyers responsibility unless there is a problem with your order. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an issue with your order please contact us and we are happy to work with you to make it right.
